Selma Zein, LCMHC, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina, practicing under the oversight of the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. She has been practicing since 2023 and provides individual and group counseling, working with a diverse range of clients, from children as young as five to adults aged 75+.
Through serving such a broad population, Selma utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), among others. She provides individual, couples, and family therapy, conducts comprehensive assessments across a range of diagnoses, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and collaborates with medical and interdisciplinary professionals as part of coordinated care.
Outside of her clinical work, Selma enjoys reading, watching comedy, spending time with her cat Sylvester, and writing. As an author, she values creativity and storytelling as meaningful forms of expression and connection.

With extensive experience in nutritional counseling, Amy specializes in using motivational interviewing—a technique that involves listening closely, asking open-ended questions, and working together with patients to find solutions that fit their lives.
Amy believes that healthy eating should be simple and accessible for everyone. She takes time to explain nutrition concepts in clear, easy-to-understand language, ensuring that her patients feel comfortable and confident in making positive changes. By focusing on small, realistic steps and building on each person’s strengths, Amy helps her clients create lasting habits for better health.
